The problem

Your history is split across every place you've ever been seen.

The hospital where you had surgery keeps one file. Your family doctor keeps another. The imaging center, the lab and the urgent care you visited on a Saturday each keep their own.

Getting copies usually means a form, a fax number and a wait, repeated for every place. So you walk into each new appointment carrying none of it.

A look inside

Five places, one folder, read back to you

Each record shows where it came from. Anything that looks missing is flagged, with a way to ask for it. Beside the list, a reading in plain words, so you know what fifteen years of records actually say.

In plain words

Your records run from 2011 to this year, across five places. In March 2024 you had your gallbladder removed at St. Brigid's, and the discharge summary notes no complications.

Your cholesterol has been checked most years since 2016. A 2021 referral mentions a knee MRI at Lakeview Imaging, but the report isn't in your folder yet.

How it works

Set it up once, and allmine sends the requests for you.

  1. Start your trial

Start the 7-day free trial and say who the folder is for: you, or someone you look after.

  2. Prove it's you

Verify your identity and address, choose who can see your profile, sign the consent forms and book an intake visit with a clinician.

  3. Your records are requested

allmine asks for your records through Carequality and TEFCA, the national health-record networks. Add anything else you have: PDFs, photos of paper records, discs, faxes.

  4. Read it, keep it current

Everything becomes one history that updates as new records arrive, read back in plain language, with what may still be missing flagged for you.

  • 02

    What may be missing

  • 03

    Everything you already have

Upload PDFs, photos of paper records, discs and faxes, and they join the same history.

  • 04

    A plain-language reading

What your records actually say, in everyday words, with a summary of your medical history.

  • 05

Questions

Before you start

What does it cost, and how do I cancel?

allmine starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to start it, and if you cancel before day 7 you're not charged. After that it's $9 a month, and you can cancel any month; your records stay yours. Membership covers allmine requesting your records from hospitals and clinics through the national networks and keeping them updated as new ones arrive, chat anytime with the assistant that answers from your own records, a review of your medical history by a licensed clinician, connecting your wearables, and uploading anything else you have.

What will setup ask of me?

What it takes to request records in your name: your details and an identity check, confirming your address, choosing who can see your profile and signing the consent forms. You also book an intake visit with a clinician. Then upload anything you already have.

Where do my records come from?

allmine requests them through Carequality and TEFCA, the national health-record networks. You verify your identity and sign one release, and a clinician signs the request with you. You can also upload PDFs, photos of paper records, discs and faxes.

Will every place I've been send my records?

Not always. Not every hospital, clinic or lab can be reached through the networks. Your folder shows what may be missing and helps you request it, and if you have a copy at home, upload it and it joins the same history.

How long until I see my records?

It depends on each place. Records join your history as they arrive, and you can upload anything you already have in the meantime.

Does allmine diagnose or prescribe?

No. It helps you understand what your records say and prepare questions for your doctors. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never replaces your care team.

Who can see my folder?

Only the people you choose. You decide who can see your profile and who can help manage it, and you can delete your records. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
